Recently I met with Ben Pryhoda from Training Peaks (while attending the FirstBeat HRV Summit in London). Turns out he is an Apple Watch wearer, as well as a plant powered athlete like myself (We met while waiting for the woefully inadequate vegan lunch option which consisted of a tiny oil drenched salad, but that's another story)
